How to produce tungsten carbide rods ?
1. Ball milling: Grade with different grain sizes are ball-milled in separate machines to avoid grain contamination.
2.Spray drying: Spray drying gives better performance on Oxygen content, more even particle sizes, and is free from any pollution.
3.Extrusion: Extrusion pressing is applied to rods with or without holes and can achieve consistent geometries.
4. Sintering: We use HIP sintering for the rods which gives carbide good toughness
5. Machining: Centerless grinding can achieve precision tolerance on carbide rods
6. Inspection: the inspection of roundness, run-out, roughness, and concentricity will be done on the rods before packing.
7. Packing: We have professional packaging to protect the products from damage.
