Spray drying gives better performance on Oxygen content ,more even particle sizes and free from any pollutions.
Automatic press machine can give excellent performance on dimensions and high efficiency.
We use HIP sintering for the blanks which gives carbide good toughness.
Sandblasting can remove the foreign particles from the surface of the blanks and make the blanks friendly to brazing.
The final inspection of physical properties,shapes and dimensions will be done to the blanks before packing.
